How far is your Inn located from the beach?
Approximately 210 feet or 2 short blocks.

How far is your Inn located from the center of town...or the Washington Street Mall?
Approximately 40 feet or 1/2 block.

Does your Inn have a minimal night stay?
Yes. All weekends are a 2 night minimal stay (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday) and Holiday weekends have a 3 night minimal stay (Friday/Saturday/Sunday orSaturday/Sunday/Monday). In-Season we have a 2 night minimal stay all week. However, we always encourage guests to call and check on availability. there is always a one night available somewhere.

Does your Inn supply beach tags?
No. Beach tags can be purchased upon entering the beach or at the Washington Street Mall visitors booth.

Does your Inn supply or rent bicycles?
No. Bike rentals are located down the street approximately 280 feet away or 2 and 1/2 short blocks.

Does your Inn provide beach chairs?
Yes, we provide beach chairs.

Does your Inn provide beach towels?
Yes, we provide beach towels.

Does your Inn serve breakfast? What do you serve?
Yes. We serve a continental breakfast which includes muffins, breads, condiments, coffee, teas, and juices. Coffee, tea, and water is offered through out the day.

Does your Inn have on-site parking?
Yes. We have on-site parking for 1 car per room.

Can I walk to area restaurants from your Inn?
Yes. Our Inn is centrally located and within walking distance of most area restaurants.

What time is check in?
2pm each day.

What time is check-out?
11am each day.

Does your Inn provide for guests who cannot arrive during the usual check in time?
Yes. If a guest will be arriving late they are asked to call the Inn at 609-884-3727 so tentative arrangements can be made.

Does your Inn serve afternoon tea?
No. We do not serve afternoon tea. We do, however, offer complimentary coffee and tea at any time!

Does your Inn have color television and cable in all rooms?
Yes.

Does your Inn have air conditioning in all rooms?
Yes.

Does your Inn have a private bath in all rooms?
Yes. The only room with a detached bath is the Queen Beatrix. The bathroom is located next door to the room.

Does your Inn have refrigerators in all rooms?
No. The second floor rooms have a refrigerator in the hallway and all suites have refrigerators in the rooms. We are always happy to refrigerate items for the guests in the kitchen.

Does your Inn have an ironing board, iron, and or hair dryer?
Yes. Each room has its own ironing board, iron, and hair dryer.

Does your Inn make dinner reservations?
No. Please refer to our website for a listing of contact information concerning local area restaurants.

Does your Inn provide floral deliveries or arrangements for special occasions?
No. Please refer to our website for a listing of contact information concerning local area florists who will deliver to our Inn.

How far is the Lewes Ferry from your Inn?
It is approximately a 15 minute drive by car.

How far is the Cape May Light House from your Inn?
It is approximately a 15 minute drive by car, 35 to 45 minutes bicycle ride, 60+ minute walk.
